I am a Licensed Independent
Clinical Social Worker with 20 years of experience in counseling and mental health crisis management.

I am licensed to practice in
Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

I have a certification in Perinatal Mental Health, which is a focus on mood disorders and other issues that can affect those who are in the prenatal and postpartum period and their families.

Throughout my career, I have
worked with clients on issues related to life transitions, family conflict, intimate relationships, anxiety, stress management, parenting, suicide prevention, antisocial behavior, substance use, and trauma. I have clinical experience in a variety of settings including offices, hospitals, prisons, and the home environment.

I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Syracuse University and a Master's degree in Clinical Social Work with Boston College. I have completed training from multiple agencies including the Center for Anxiety and Behavior Therapy, Postpartum Support International and the International OCD Foundation.

I value a partnership approach in working with clients.

The quality of our work together relies on your willingness to bring up important topics and challenge yourself to engage fully in the process. Your participation, honesty, and openness is essential to cultivating your goals and monitoring your progress.

My goal is to create an atmosphere in which you feel comfortable enough to bring up whatever is on your mind.

I will follow your lead and respect your pace.
I will maintain a therapeutic environment free from judgment, bias, and discrimination.
At every step, I will listen and offer support and guidance.

Your wellness is my priority.

I have also added partners and family members in session with your allowance as needed.
